I am CLAUDIA SAQUICELA I am a psychologist an attorney and a master in education. I am the author of the book http://www.laboratoriosparacelso.com » . This book has been possible thanks to the Casa de la Cultura Benjamín Carrión and to the Research Department of the University of Cuenca Ecuador.
Beginning with the thesis that educational change must start at early education from 0 to 5 years old. If you read my book you will be able to learn a new concept about intelligence, which is best understood if you think in a spiral because it presents advances and retreats, which depends of the level of cultivation and practice that you provide to your capabilities.
Education doesn’t mean to make you learn something you did not know, but make you someone who does not exists. Therefore, my book focuses of initial education level, its main objective it is to contribute parents and educators training in order to meet the educational needs of children from 0 to 5 years old.
It is being probed that during the first years of life, children develop 75% of neural connections. This big change occurs thanks of appropriate experiences that allow children to grow up agile, confident, creative, with a high level of language and critical thinking since they relate with others and with their environment.
Because the book besides of being a scientific study it also includes the micro curriculum which provides activities so that children could learn 6 main mental operations such as synthesis, analysis, comparison, classification observation, among others so that it will be possible to mediate intellectual, emotional, physical development in childhood.
The book is consistent with the guidelines of UNICEF and the Organization of Ibero American States for Education, Science and Culture for stopping poverty thanks to the integral education in first childhood.
In other hand, my book is a support for a new curriculum based in NEURO SCIENCE, and they way human beings learn for long term thanks of the presence of serotonin. It has a Intercultural contextualization so that will provide standard profiles, in order to fulfill the main objective of improving education’s quality according to basic needs of education, child development, together with the support of family and community.
