Branch Manager : Medical Staffing - Job Description:
Reporting to the Regional Manager : responsibilities will include: Attract top talent, hire, coach, mentor and develop recruiting professionals and support staff. Leadership : will strategically plan, organize, delegate and participate in all activities and strategies for the assigned branch to ensure that operational and financial goals are reached. Provide direction, consistency and guidance through positive communication, motivation, education and training : Always leading by example. Conducts regular branch meetings to ensure branch and individuals are adhering to key performance indicators that directly impact the revenue and forecasts of the branch Reviewing financial statements, sales and activity reports, and other performance data to ensure productivity and goal achievement. Participating in regular forecast and Branch plan creation on how to effectively meet and/or exceed company goals through controlling expenses and increasing branch sales. P and L oversite and responsibility for Branch : Reviewed monthly with RM. Responsible for overall profitability of the branch through direct sales to existing and prospective clients. Identifies opportunities for further expansion of services amongst current client base, creating and maintain a culture of performance, including facilitation of cross:sell activities for all divisions. Solidify 24/7's presence in the local marketplace through consistent participation in networking organizations and events. Provide superior quality customer service to both clients and candidates. A strong sense of urgency : able to wear many hats, yet maintain a level of consistency and organization foundation to build an exceptional, fun and profitable environment for all. The Branch Manager must maintain a professional demeanor, a positive attitude and a 'can do' attitude at all times. This key role must be a team:oriented, solutions driven, leader and partner with excellent problem solving, organizational, motivational and communication skills.
