Motivated, friendly and organized person to serve as Part-time medical office assistant at walk-in clinic in Los Angeles. Must be bilingual English/ Spanish, and able to interpret for the health care provider from Spanish to English, and vice versa for the patient. Duties include patient registration and sign out, basic book-keeping, assist with minor procedures, ordering supplies, and obtaining specimens for drug screens. Must have high school diploma and pass a criminal background check. Some medical office experience or education preferred but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate.
