Looking for real estate co-investors—buy when the market is down with a pro by your side guiding you through the deal and splitting everything 50/50!!!

If you ever thought about real estate investing but didn’t want to do it because:
1. you lacked the insider knowledge
2. you didn’t understand financing
3. don’t want to deal with tenants
4. afraid of losing your money
5. don’t have the time
6. or whatever….

Consider me investing in properties 50/50 with me. I am a real estate broker, EXPERIENCED real estate investor (20 years), millionaire, have property mgt lined up, understand the tax code (Tax Preparer formal training), degree in Business, and a rehab business…basically I have the full system except the ever deep pockets (e.g. financing). I invest $1 YOU INVEST $1. We make $10—you get 5 and I get 5. Why am I doing this? I may be a millionaire but that doesn’t mean much when you see 20 good deals a month but can only buy 3 of them.
