Villas Mastatal provides accomodation opportunities for both visitors and volunteers. Those who wish to work on the farm may volunteer with us to offset most of the costs of your visit. We have a limited number of volunteer space available, and on occasion, paying guests or student groups will have priority. Make sure you have a confirmed reservation with us before you arrange to visit and volunteer with us.
As a volunteer, you can expect to contribute toward some of the following types of projects: construction, feeding the animals, planting seeds, creating and maintaining trails, soil conservation, maintenance of medicinal plants, using and producing organic fertilizer, and harvesting crops. The work is hands on and can be physically demanding.
