Job Responsibilities: Time Warner Corporate has an immediate need for a Business Analyst who will serve as the analytical lead in supporting the integrity of Time Warner divisional employment, payroll and benefits data and numerous divisional and vendor interfaces. This requires a candidate with strong analytical skills and solid HR, Payroll and Benefits Administration knowledge. Responsibilities - Root cause analysis of data integrity issues and process gaps - Recommend process improvements and coordinate operational support for managing Time Warner HR, Benefits and Payroll data interfaces - Support benefits business processes by understanding all aspects of Time Warner Corporate and divisional policies, plan rules and provisions, work flow and technology - Define and document business processes and functional requirements - Cultivate and maintain successful relationships with clients within Time Warner Corporate and divisions nationwide, Time Warner vendors and IT team members - Application test development and execution.

Job Requirements: Bachelors degree required Experience - 3 years experience supporting HR, Payroll and Benefits applications (PeopleSoft, SAP, Oracle or other HRMS) - Skilled in requirements gathering and functional business requirements development - Experience in system development testing and execution Specialized Knowledge - Knowledge of logical database design - PeopleSoft, SAP, Oracle or other HRMS - Ms Office Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint, Visio, Access Skills - Proven ability to recognize, resolve and contract resolution of HR, benefits and/or payroll related data discrepancies - Possess multi tasking skills to adapt to an ever-changing environment - Demonstrated ability in application troubleshooting and problem resolution - Strong communication skills.
