The Biller responsible for reporting any data that causes claims errors and ensures all claims are processed by end of day. Maintains current knowledge of industry standards. Ensures timely follow-up of E-premis hold codes, reviews and processes exception reports and return mail. Attends meeting and provides feedback to the team.
